We do not accept returns unless the item you received has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item. لا نقبل الإرجاع إلا إذا كان المنتج الذي استلمته يحتوي على عيب تصنيعي أو إذا استلمت منتجًا خاطئًا.

Exchangesالاستبدال
Exchanges are available within 14 days from the delivery date. الاستبدال متاح خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.
To be eligible for an exchange:لتكون مؤهلاً للاستبدال:
- The item must be unused.يجب ألا يكون المنتج مستخدمًا.
- The item must be in its original condition.يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. طلبات الاستبدال تخضع لتوفر المخزون.
Exchange Shippingشحن الاستبدال
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a mistake from our side. يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية أي رسوم شحن متعلقة بالاستبدال، إلا إذا كان الاستبدال بسبب خطأ من جانبنا.
